Upcoming Events
StrongFirst Kettlebell 101: Simple & Sinister
A four-hour course covering the kettlebell swing, get-up, and goblet squat.
Learn the basics or refine your technique, and get the most benefit from the time you spend training.
Events scheduled on:
- Saturday, December 16, 2023 (10:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Saturday, January 6, 2024 (10:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
TNT & Friends: Hiking Club
Weekend hiking or rucking (with a weighted pack) with other TNT members, coaches, and friends.
Distances range from 5–21 miles, although there are always shortcuts home. So you can go as far as you prefer.
Trekking poles are recommended any time. When there’s snow, MICROspikes are highly recommended! (YakTrax are too small to be useful.)
