Growth-focused Culture

Having a growth mindset implies that: (1) we haven't yet mastered a given skill, (2) we can improve if we practice component skills at the level of our current abilities, and (3) making improvements is worthwhile. If you feel bored or unsuccessful with your current fitness program, don't have a plan, or are a bit intimidated by the concept of even starting one, we've got you covered! We'll help you start at a level that's appropriate for your current abilities, teach you how to progress, and show you that you're a lot more capable than you may have initially imagined.

Systematic Programming

You'll experience short-term progress when starting any new fitness program simply because you're more active. But that progress will stall if your training remains too variable or is too challenging for your current abilities. The best way to experience results both quickly and consistently is by regularly practicing the fundamentals and slowly but steadily introducing more challenging tasks. That's why we design programs to include a healthy dose of the basics and just enough variety to keep training interesting. You'll continue to progress for a long time while also enjoying the journey.

Supportive Community

Our members and coaches have a variety of interests, backgrounds, and goals. But we all share the value of supporting each other in our individual pursuits. We cheer for each other after successes, help each other get back on the wagon after setbacks, and keep each other accountable throughout the process. So whether you want to lose a few (or a hundred) pounds, run a 5k, climb a mountain, hike 60+ miles through the woods in the middle of winter, break a world record, or anything in between, you'll have an army of friends at both your back and your side.
