The TNT Performance summer athletic camp is a weight-training camp for junior high, high school, and college students who are competitive or recreational athletes.
Athletes will learn and practice safe and effective barbell and kettlebell technique. The program will follow field-tested training protocols to:
- Improve injury resilience (particularly in the shoulders, knees, and back)
- Promote significant improvements in overall strength and power production
- Develop or maintain a strong endurance base, and
- Enjoy the training process
Camp sessions will be held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 3 PM from June 22 through August 20. Participants may register for either two or three sessions per week.
If registering for two sessions per week, the preferred sessions are Tuesday (session 1) and either Thursday or Friday (session 2). Training on Thursday (session 1) and Friday (session 2) is acceptable, as necessary, but should be avoided as much as possible.
If applicable, a second sibling registering for the camp will receive a 30% discount. In this instance, please contact us after registering and purchasing the “two sibling” option, and we’ll link the accounts in the system.
