The TNT Survival System is a functional fitness testing & advancement program similar to a martial art belt system.
It provides new members with specific skills to practice in order to build a strong foundation of fitness (basic mobility, stability, and strength) as well as criteria to track their progress.
It also provides experienced members with inspiration to strive towards the achievement of higher levels of flexibility, strength, and conditioning.
While the system is a great source of motivation and inspiration for our members, we do NOT expect everyone to strive for the achievement of the highest levels. However, members who strive to truly learn and improve their skills at any particular level typically experience faster results from the time they spend with us (even if their main goal is weight-loss)!
Jack LaLanne said it best: “Exercise is king, nutrition is queen. Put them together and you’ve got a kingdom.”
On the surface, it might appear that kettlebell & fitness training is the only thing we do at TNT. But the effectiveness of our training wouldn’t be nearly what it is if we didn’t also help our members positively change their mindset and improve their nutrition. This is one of our methods to do exactly that…
The TNT 10 Commandments are simple and general nutritional and lifestyle habits that we’ve observed many “naturally” fit and athletic individuals tend to follow on a regular basis.
Current and previous members who have implemented many or all of these habits have experienced drastic improvements to their health and fitness results.
